Maple Hall, one of five first-year residence halls.
All first-year students are housed in one of the five residence halls (Hemlock, Hickory, Laurel, Maple, and Oak). These facilities are designed to maximize student interaction and to promote group activities.
The living accommodations are designed in a two-room suite arrangement; each room has a private vanity and an adjoining bathroom, shared by both rooms. Students are responsible for cleaning their own bathrooms. Each room comes with a microwave/refrigerator unit.
The halls feature:
- study areas
- recreation room with a TV, pool table, ping-pong table, and foosball table
- large lobby area with a working fireplace
- laundry room in the basement

Laurel, Oak, and Maple halls feature commuter rooms for the convenience of first-year students who don't live on campus.
Room Dimensions
All rooms are generally 11'4" x 11'6". The closet/vanity area in each room is separate and is approximately 6’6" x 11’ in size.
Minimum space under beds: 10 1/4" (Please note that beds are bunkable, which means the top bunk will have more clearance than the bottom one. We cannot switch beds to provide two top bunks in the same room.)
